When you decided to buy a painting and you have been made aware of the purchasing price and we put a red sticky dot next to or onto the Painting, then we have entered into a verbal buying contract. Payment is due during the following 30 days. When purchased in Europe, a 10% TAX charge will be added to the price of the Painting (20% on Illustrations and Jewelry). If you change your mind and want to terminate this agreement, you can, by paying 33% of the price of the painting 30 days after notification.
